This is one of the best prenatals out there! Not only are the ingredients made of high quality minerals and vitamins, but this is a high quality company. It is clear each and every part were thought out- from the products to their values.
I am a medical provider myself, and naturally dove in lots and lots of research on prenatals. I looked into over 30 and this is one that I have found that contains the correct amounts of the necessary minerals & vitamins, and does not contain additives/chemicals. Of course this is a supplement to diet, but reassuring to know there is not too little or an excess of anything! I also really like their Mg, iron, and omega too. I do wish the iron contained vitamin C but other than that they are all fantastic!!
