I have taken several brands of Omegas before, all promising good taste or no fishy aftertaste, and none ever delivered. Until this one. They are small and easy to take, easy on the stomach, with no taste and no fishy aftertaste.

I am a registered dietitian, and I love these supplements! I’ve tried a different omega-3 supplement in the past (aka fish oil), but there’s commonly the dreaded “fishy burp” side effect. I don’t have any issues when I take these, and they don’t have any weird smells, which is great for pregnancy.
