Before taking this supplement I'd suffer from a host of ailments the week and a half leading up to my cycle, minor cramping, hot flashes, and insomnia, to name a few. Cramping during my cycle could be anywhere from moderate to severe, with ibuprofen not always able to remove the pain. Now I have hardly any PMS to speak of, and what little is there doesn't affect my quality of life, and my period cramps have lessened significantly to being mild to moderate. If I had to choose only one supplement to take, this would be it!

I recently switched from magnesium oxide (another brand) to magnesium glycinate. I've struggled with poor sleep quality for years.
