I have tried basically every prenatal on the market and this one is THE BEST by far! I feel so sick on other ones and typically throw them up within the hour. Before taking this supplement I'd suffer from a host of ailments the week and a half leading up to my cycle, minor cramping, hot flashes, and insomnia, to name a few. Cramping during my cycle could be anywhere from moderate to severe, with ibuprofen not always able to remove the pain. Now I have hardly any PMS to speak of, and what little is there doesn't affect my quality of life, and my period cramps have lessened significantly to being mild to moderate. If I had to choose only one supplement to take, this would be it!

I have a young female Doctor who I told about my gut issues and not sleeping, other doctors prescribed depression medication, etc..etc.. I have taken Omega-3 supplements from another company but was dissatisfied because of the aftertaste. This Omega-3 is the best I have taken hands down! It has no aftertaste!
