I have always had low iron levels, but would just make an effort to eat a burger every now and then because I didn't want to deal with the side-effects of iron supplements. I HESITANTLY started taking this one because my midwife said that the form it was in would be less likely to upset my stomach, and she was right. I take it in the morning and have had zero issues. I really haven't noticed a difference at all. I started taking these at the same time I started taking the Omega and multivitamin so IDK what to attribute it to, but I also have higher energy. I used to have to nap every afternoon and now I don't. I'll report back if any symptoms come up. Oh and I take 1 per day right now but I may get my levels re-checked to see if I need to do 2 per day.

I’m in my third trimester of pregnancy and have been struggling with anemia. I’ve felt so fatigued, slow moving, and even dizzy and nauseous some days. I couldn’t do anything without my muscles burning and getting out of breath. I’d been taking an OTC prenatal and separate iron supplement from Walmart and just couldn’t get my levels up. I wasn’t absorbing it, I guess! Along with trying to add more iron in my diet, I switched to these iron supplements about 2 weeks ago, and oh my goodness, the difference is incredible!!!! I’ve taken lots of iron supplements & most have made me sick, whether pregnant or not. This one is AMAZING, it has been so gently on my tummy even in the midst of 1st trimester nausea all day everyday!
